其次，北京仲裁委目前跟其他地方不一样，北京仲裁委目前多年来截至2023年12月仲裁费是17000元，哪怕你3000委托北京律所，约定北京仲裁争议解决，打官司要17000元起步，不包含律师费、差旅费。所以，业主会因为打不起而放弃，律所会因为业主放弃而轻松赚钱。
